Big Sky Snow Report….
Was reminded of my old home on the way to work this morning. Heard on NPR that the Yellowstone Club (here), this uber-extravagent private resort that sit adjacent to Big Sky, just filed for bankruptcy. Apparently they’re 340 million dollars in debt (read the full-story here). Bummer, but not that surprising. The place was too good to be true. Will be interesting to see what happens. I’ll be the first to squat in any one of those 100 million dollar mansions if it comes down to it. The shredding there is something else.
Anyway..across the gully Big Sky (here) is getting snow. And if this winter’s anything like last..oh boy…If you’ve never been, make this the winter to check it out. It’s gnarly.

looks like we’ll be jibbing this weekend up in the big sky, keep the snow coming!! A fundraiser for Paul Overby is friday night (11/14) at the Black Bear in Big Sky. If you have not heard, Paul has some major medical bills to pay off after being attacked for trying to do the right thing. If any of you montana locs are around friday, drive up to big sky to support my homie Paul. Keep the good stuff coming Liam

Bankrupt???!! What!! Went on trip with Keir, Ahmon Stamps, Stan Evans and Ben Hinkley a few years back. Imagine 5 black men with a guide at the Yellowstone Club. Fun stuff. Sick terrain everywhere. Personal chef, had lunch with Greg Lemond and his family. Absolutely no one there!! “Guess who’s coming to dinner” I’ll squat in one of those homes to
